US Orders: please note that merchandise is returnable at the customer's expense.
Domestic/US Returns
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund or exchange. We accept online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt.
Please note: We do not accept returns on underwear due to our strict hygiene policy. Edible/perishable items also cannot be returned.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect back onto your account. Merchandise is returnable at customer's expense.
Sale items cannot be combined with other promotions. All sale items are final sale.
How to Return
Our return process is convenient and easy. Included with each purchase is a form with instructions for returning your purchase. Returns are at the customer's expense.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Domestic/US Shipping
We offer free Standard US Shipping (3-5 business days) excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping is $25. UPS Next Day Air is $29.99. Orders must be placed Monday-Thursday by 10:00 AM ET for express delivery.
Your package will be shipped by UPS and the tracking code will be emailed to you after every purchase. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping & Returns
Where We Ship
It is our pleasure to ship to our international customers. Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.
